A deposit is required to secure a booking. The deposit is paid by cheque, payable to Mrs J Asher, and sent to Ulva House, Tobermory, Isle of Mull PA75 6PR. The deposit must be received within 2 weeks of the booking being made. The balance is to be paid at least 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.

A cancellation will not necessarily result in a full refund of monies paid: this will be dependent on the length of notice given and a successful rebooking. Holiday insurance is therefore recommended.

We do not allow pets or smoking in any of the  properties.
